There was very good food and excellent cocktails, the hotel was tranquil and quiet so we could sleep well, the staff was really nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious

The rooms are modern and very clean, and have an enclosed shower. Nice swimming pool. Good value for money.
One soap for two people in three days. A bit far from Chania. Frequent absence of someone at the reception.

Very nice hotel. I would recommend it for those who want to relax and have a pleasure stay near Chania. Nice, big room and also clean.

Two persons stayed in an 1BR flat for 5 nights. I liked the village and the position of the hotel which offers excellent accessibility to Chania and all other attractions and beaches of the area. Also the flat was spacious and bright. But, these are the only positive comments.
1. Over 20 years old central air-conditioning system with floor units, low performance, extremeley noisy, with vertical piping between the floors that gives home and access into the room to huge cockroaches (the worst problem). 2. Too many mosquitos, no way to open any window in the evening. An old grille that was fitted outside the blinds of the bathroom window, to protect from mosquitos etc., was destroyed and not replaced. 3. Stayed five nights and no change of towels or linen. 4. There was no warm water in the night or early morning, seemed to run out late in the evening. 5. Parking places very limited for the size of the hotel, three in front of the entrance and six in the underground garage (need to get out in reverse .!!!)

The people at the hotel was friendly. The room was very big and nice, convinient fridge and even though we stayed a very short time it was nice. There is a parking at the hotel which was convenient.
Our room was above the pool and we could not sleep in the evening, very noisy. There was quite a lot of ants in our room.This hotel is good for people who want to stay at the same place and enjoy the pool.

The staff were amzingly friendly and very helpful. The room was more than we expected. The pool facilities were beautiful and we were right by the beach. The food from the menu was delicious. I would definitely go back here again and I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Very confortable place to pass a few days in the area. It´s a excelent place for families but in my case I went with friends and is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet place to be and to move good for that part of the island is perfect. If you are looking for party it´s not the best place. The apartment is perfect, with a room to sleep and little living room with kitchen, and of course , a balcony with views to the swimming pool.
Very light in the mornings if you want to sleep and they charge apart the air acondicionar, so you have to be in advice.
